Rates & Booking Information
Nightly Rates (2 guests)
Sunday - Thursday: $180 per night
Friday - Saturday: $190 per night
Additional guest: $75 per night
Cleaning fee: $85 per stay
Stay Requirements
Weekend (Fri/Sat): 2-night minimum stay
Midweek (Sun-Thurs): 1-night stays occasionally available (refer exclusions below)
Children: Must be over 12 years of age
Peak Periods & Exclusions
A 3-night minimum stay and nightly rate of $199 (2 guests) applies during Carnival of Flowers (September/October) and over the Easter weekend.
A 4-night minimum stay and nightly rate of $199 (2 guests) applies for bookings with check-in dates between 20th-31st December.
Pets
Dogs are welcome by prior approval ($40 per dog, per stay).
Pets must be over 12 months of age. Please refer to the Pets section within our Short Term Holiday Rental Agreement for full details.
Accessibility
Please note the property is not currently suitable for wheelchair or mobility scooter access.
